I met Timothy several years ago while working at The Magic House, St. Louis Children’s Museum. I still remember watching him paint murals with the children. He gave each child a chance to see their contribution become part of something bigger. He had such a gentle way of drawing them in and making them feel like artists, too.
Timothy finds such joy in creating, whether he’s painting, writing poetry, singing, or playing music. I’ve always loved how freely he shares that joy with others. He has such a kind heart, and I’m glad to call him a friend.
